Deirdre is a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, attended Body Therapy Institute (2014). She will work with you to meet your individual needs. Specializing in Swedish and Deep Tissue Myofacial Massage. She has continued study in Reki, Active Engagement Techniques, Integrative Reflexology®, Pregnancy, Labor and Postpartum Massage.

Deirdre spent most of her professional life as a Advertising Director working for a local hometown newspaper.

She Launched her artistic studies with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Design at The University of North Carolina - Greensboro and I began making and designing jewelry in 2003.
